Helicopter pilots have a new lease on life after flying to the new continent of Antarctica.
Helicopter owner and pilot Halethphant flew from New Zealand to Antarctica on a specially built, multi-million dollar plane that cost just $10 million.
He flew in the jet for just over two months before taking off to visit a new world.
Helicopters used to be rarer than they are now, but the aircraft have become a popular tourist attraction, especially with the Chinese, who have taken over the continent.
Helicapists also use the aircraft to travel to remote locations in Asia.
They have also flown into the Arctic and are now returning to Europe and the United States to visit friends and family.
Helicoper Halethphatry (pictured) was paid a whopping $11 million to fly to the New Zealand Antarctic Territory on a jet that cost less than $10m.
His company, Haleth-Phatry, said the aircraft was the first ever commercial aircraft to fly into the new Antarctic territory.
“The team has flown for more than 20 years, and have seen more than 2,000 flights in Antarctica.”
He said the new territory was a beautiful place, but had many challenges. “
It’s been our dream to visit the New World and we’re really looking forward to the experience.”

“A lot of the islands have very high tide and there’s very little wind, so the weather is very difficult,” he said.
In the northern hemisphere, it’s cold, windy and wet, and the weather can be unpredictable.
HalethPHatry had a hard time adjusting to the harsh weather.
“At first I was a little bit afraid, but we got used to it pretty quickly.”
There were a lot of challenges, but it’s an adventure, and a wonderful place to spend a few weeks.
“He has been flying to Antarctica for five years, he said, and has had some amazing experiences.
He was part of a group that made the first flight in 2011, and in 2016 was the only one on the flight to the South Pole.
The group also flew to Antarctica in 2018.
“You have to do what you can to survive. “
When you fly in the weather, you have to be prepared to deal with all the weather,” he told the ABC.
Haleth phatry is also part of the new International Helicopiloting Association, which was set up to give the profession a voice and a platform for new ideas. “

“If we can get some new ideas to come out, and we can make something that would be really cool, then that’s really great,” he says.
“I think the next step for us would be to go out and do it again.”
Halethe PHatries business plan has been in the works for a while.
“We have a long-term plan to bring the plane down to the ground and build a business around it,” he explained.
“There’s a lot that we can do here.”
